Laurel and Russ eloped in New York City Hall this summer and invited me up to document it. I’ll never forget Laurel gasping and clutching her hand over her mouth in the cab as Russ told his mother they were on their way to City Hall to get hitched. These two also made it even more romantic by hopping on a plane for Paris immediately after I hopped in a cab and said goodbye. I only wish every couple had the courage and gumption to make their wedding uniquely theirs.
