It can be a very strange feeling to think you might never see your wedding couples again. Especially after such an intimate, momentous day falling in love with their love and their family and friends, and after a year of emailing. The thought that I can stay in touch, watch them grow old together, and sometimes photograph their babies brings such an unexpected joy to my life. This is so much more than a job to me.
